Ive heard taking folic acid masks symptoms of b12 deficiency?
Taking 4 mg? 4000 mcg? Of folic acid.
Took another b12 and feel better. So, 25 000 mcg altogether. This is before I took my calcium, iron, vitamin C. Also ovulating/ menstruating. So still not struggling as much as i cld. So doing a bit better.
Should I take care of the b12 before taking the other minerals? That is take more b12 first? Thank you kindly.
Also dont want to take too much folic acid. Heard its not good? Writing latter mostly for others.
I think someone may say taking more b12 wont hurt.
