Thanks Wedgewood. After much faffing due to my idiocy in understanding German (or not), I finally managed to register as a new customer with VersandApo (rather than as a transfer) and have sucessfullly placed an order 😃.

The 10 x 1mg ampoules currently have 20% off, so that was a plus (ordered 50 to keep me going until 100's are back in stock).

I have emailed them in German asking if they will put on a site in English. No reply as yet . . It would be to their advantage as it only being in German will put most people off . I have found many other German online pharmacies who have Rotexmedica and Hevert B12 ampoules , but none ship to U.K. and none in English .Haven’t found any others that have the Pascoe 1.5 mg , which some people like .

Mycare.de supply Hydroxocobalamin in 1.5mg dose, but no idea if this is the Pascoe brand or not (not stated in product information and blurred image makes it difficult to spot (or not) on the box. So, fingers crossed again.

So very annoying that buying such a simple thing as injectable vitamin B12 is made so difficult because of shortsighted UK regulations.

How I agree ! I can understand the rules being for dangerous injectables -but B12 ?!

I don't understand why sending a package to the UK is so different compared to sending a package within Germany but it seems to affect a lot of German companies.

Are there other European countries which will sell B12 for injection?

The German online pharmacies all seem to use couriers . I suppose they have contracts. . Whether other European countries supply UK with B12 ampoules depends on whether it is an OTC item . In the UK anything injectable is prescription only . In Germany most injectables are too , but not harmless ones like vitamin B12 Even saline is prescription only in U.K. That’s the dilemma for PA patients who need more than the bog- standard 4 times a year injection . 😰

My friend in Germany said verspande will no longer supply the UK. It was also on the thyroid site last week.

Thanks Howard39 . Yes I have used mycare.de in the past . But they charge €17 for shipping and versandapo charge €9 . They use a courier, same as versand . My objective is to find a few more online German pharmacies that have a site in English And ship to U.K. I’ll keep trying .
