Hi everyone! I'm brand new to this and am still in the stages of going back and forth with my GP. Lot's to figure out still, but I'm big on planning.
Next year will be moving to Thailand (I'm currently in the UK). I lived there for a year a little while ago, but paid little attention to what was available medically... I was still kidding myself that my tiredness was just down to me being lazy/needing loads of sleep!
Does anybody have experience in ordering B12 online to Thailand?
I'm thinking it could be possible to just order a lot while I'm still in the UK and then pack it in my luggage (I've read posts here suggesting that this could be an option) ? But am well aware that at some point I will run out/it could be taken from me on my journey.
Any experience and insight is very, very welcome. Really uplifting to see how supportive this community is. xo

I have a friend who lives in Thailand and I will ask him to find out the situation there with B12 ampoules . I will get back to you when I have information .
Please don’t think that I’ve forgotten about you , but my friend is out in the countryside , and can’t get to a chemist or doctor . But believes that anything injectable needs a prescription in Thailand . ( just like in U.K. ) I will get back to you eventually with more info !
Hey wedgewood, any news? I've seen a youtube video that shows being able to buy B12 over the counter in Chiang Mai, but I'll be living on the islands. Any info you could pass along would be SO helpful!
