b12 balancing problems

hi every one,

I had treated with b12 deficiency 5 months back 200(232-910).the balancing problem and pain in the lower feet is not going away and done with all MRI scans everything is showing fine.i have stopped 2 months back and yesterday tested b12 i.e 656.how many days it takes to go away the balancing problems.is anybody having the same situation please share with me your experiences.

I have balancing problems too and feel like I'm slipping on something when I'm not. Not sure if it's a neuro problem or the fact I have ringing/humming in my ears and maybe that's what is making me unbalanced.

Have you treated with b12 deficiency ever or do you have any other ear infection?
