More symptomatic when tired/stressed

Hi Everyone,

I’m 8 weeks into treatment (3x a week injections) but I find that when I push myself physically, simply doing more things than I’ve been used to doing since I got sick, I then get more symptomatic. For example, suddenly breathless, more trembly etc. Has anyone else had this occur? I also find that if I’m more worried or stressed, symptoms seem to get a bit worse.

I've read that it takes quite some time for the red blood cells to go back to normal when B12 deficiency has caused anemia. Last time I did a 6 lot of injections and felt so much better, I automatically went back to doing some of my training. Within less than a week, I felt I was back to before. Any intensive exercise will deplete you so your body will have to work harder to replace.

Stress and poor sleep definitely trigger my symptoms. I've started keeping a diary and noticed the link.

Thanks for your reply! I’m going to try back to back shots this coming week to see if it helps me get back to normal a little quicker. It’s great to hear you had such a positive outcome. Gives me hope.
