Does anyone notice increase in symptoms during cold & flu viruses?

Hi all just wondering if anyone else has an increase in their symptoms during a period of illness? And do you find you get more cold/flu virus since being B12 deficient?

I was feeling pretty good since starting B12 injections until I had a cold which then turned into a chest infection, and some of my symptoms seem to have returned very suddenly. This is my 6th cold/flu virus since November 2017 ... I've never had so many colds & flu in my life!

I have not noticed an increase in colds or viruses, but yes I do seem to feel symptoms are worse when I am under the weather

Thank you for your responses guys, some symptoms that were completely gone have returned very suddenly since this virus hit and I couldn't understand why. If anyone has any ideas please let me know

I always increase the frequency of my jabs if I get ill. It takes longer for me to get over things than it did and my B12 deficiency symptoms really flare up even if it's just a cold.
