I don’t think anyone can say whether or not your son will get PA (assuming that is what you have). I understand that it can run in families but not everyone in a family will get it. Hopefully your son will not!

I am the first in my family to be diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia. However, I have autoimmune hypothyroidism and my mum & her 3 sisters are hypothyroid also.

Unfortunately my 14 year old son has been showing the symptoms of both for at least a couple of years. It doesn't hurt to keep a watchful eye just in case. I'm still fighting to get diagnosis despite abnormal tests results and symptoms. It is a long hard road so hopefully your son won't following your footsteps for these conditions
