there are lots of B12 sublinguals (tablets and sprays) out there - you need something that is 1000mcg +. You may not find that you benefit much from this though as it may be that you need much higher levels of B12 after loading shots and it has now dipped below that level. You might find it more effective to use sublinguals after the next maintenance dose even if it doesn't work starting this far from your last dose.

common brands used are solgar, jarrows. Think you can get them on-line from places like amazon.

I use a range of products obtainable from a company called detoxpeople

In a pinch, a five hour energy drink will keep me going (for almost 5 hours). Although, It can get a bit pricy.

Get some methyl-B12 sublingual tablets. 2x 5000 mcg keeps me going for a few hours. I take 2x at noon and 2x on my evening commute to help me stay awake. I’ve also taken them at bed time, and they didn’t keep me wide awake, I had meaningful dreams and felt refreshed from thr sleep,

Also, spread your folic acid throughout the day. I take 6 x 800 mcg but i take them 2x at a time, three times a day. I find this works better than taking the 4.8 mg all in one go, once a day.

I self inject 1ml cyano weekly and still run out of steam during the week. GP wont prescribe more frequent or stronger dosage.

Also, avoid car exhaust as much as possible especially diesel exhaust as the nitrous oxide is toxic to B12.

Stress also consumes B12. Try to relax and not worry so much. (Easy to say, hard to do)

Do you keep a logbook of your symptoms? You can see a pattern of good and bad symptoms. Also, rate the severity of your symptoms daily and the logbook can provide “evidence” to your GP that you need more frequent injections. Provide a typed list of all your symptoms to your GP at each visit and ask for this to be included in your record.

The surgery will poo poo you and treat your efforts to help with distain. It may help, if they don’t chuck you out on your ear.

Or, start self injections like a lot of us have had to do.
