I get my b12 on perscription from my GP! All I did was ask and they were happy to provide them as often as I need them. Everything else I get from Medisave, I've found that lots of us from the site recommend them
Like Penni above, I have been self injecting weekly for the last 15 months with my B12 supplied by my GP on prescription. I also get all the "consumables" from Medisave.
