Hello all. Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being there. I was a healthy active person my whole life until about a year and a half ago when I was told I ha e PA and Hashimoto's. Sometimes it is scary and you think you are the only one then you see all the lovely people on this site helping and supporting each other. So just thank you all! Blessings.

Please dont ever feel alone, there are a lot of us out there all trying to get by as best we can just dont give up, keep trying to find what works best for you and you will at some point get some relief from symptoms. Hope you start to feel a little better soon
