Yes , it’s the one I have used for 2 years . It’s excellent . I also tried the Methylcobalamin ampoules from Arnika, before they gave the agency to Intravita , but found them no better for me than the Hydroxocobalamin.

Hydroxocobalamin is what the NHS uses .
