what type of B12 do you have - hydroxo and cyano need to be kept below about 25C. Methyl is more sensitive to heat so needs to be refrigerated.
not sure what liquid mic injectables are.

Assuming you're using an injectable grade 60ml multi-dose bottle that comes sealed with a rubber bung in the top...
Once the first dose is drawn up through the rubber bung, the manufacturers' sterile seal is broken and the contents are only guaranteed safe for twenty-eight days (the amount of time anti-bacterial agents are likely to keep the contents 'bug' free)
Manufacturers' therefore usually recommend that the contents are discarded twenty-eight days after the rubber bung is breached for the first injection.
If the B12 liquid you are using to inject did not come in a sterile sealed bottle (as per above description), then it's not safe to inject (because it's not sterile and therefore not of injectable quality), store in a fridge or use for multi-dose purposes.
Sorry, no idea what liquid mic injectable are. If from a reputable manufacturer, they should be marked with expiry dates and storage instructions. If not, I'd be reluctant to either inject or store them.
