IF factor is negative and MMA is 228 so???

I guess that PA has been eliminated due to negative IF and normal 228 MMA.

No, negative IF does not rule out PA. About 50% of those with PA give a negative result.

High MMA can also be caused if there are kidney problems. You really need to rule that out first.

My doctor believes all my test are normal even the 288 B12. I had to inquire about it being low. Then she said she would treat me. She put off my First injection now until Thursday. Shes a new PA. My primary symtoms are extrene fatigue, out of breath, dizzy, and nausea. No appetite today. I found a B12 test in 2-2016 was492
