I asume that you mean ampoules for injection . You can get them from a very good online German pharmacy . Just google

Yes type all of that and you will get to their site in English . For the first purchase you will need to register . Then you need to search for Hydroxocobalamin . When you type that in , a drop down list will appear and contain “ Hydroxocobalamin acetat”, Click on that , and you will find all the different possibilities . I use Rotexmedica 1mg/1ml . Hevert offer 1mg/2ml ampoules . I always buy 100 at a time as it is much cheaper . I inject weekly and the use by date is about 3 years hence. Courier costs €8.00 no matter how many you buy . You can pay with Pay Pal or a card . These people have been excellent over the 3 years I have dealt with them , so I can recommend them .
