A good brand is 'Dr Best' as they don't contain any fillers. You can also buy 1000 iu or 5000. I take around 8000iu a day to keep levels up. I order from iherb as you can alter the postage (if you can wait a couple of days it's only a few quid postage) and they also sell the cofactors, MK-7. I believe levels should be around 100 pmol.

I find iherb is the most reasonably priced, they can get expensive especially postage but there is usually enough for a year (ish). I ordered from them last night two of each, vit D and Mk-7 cost around £25 so not too bad.

It contains vit K2 it directs the calcium to the bones where it needs to go when taking vitamin D.

going to edit your post to say vitamin supplements rather than victim supplements - though the typo did make me smile.

Hi I find nutri advanced vit d with k2 brilliant, they are drops I use 5 drops per day on my tongue. This was recommended to me by a naturopath.
