Nasal sprays... thoughts on it

Hi has anybody any advice on the best b12 nasal spray to use thanks in advance.

when it comes to B12 I'm not sure that there ever is a best - just what works best for you.

Yuliv do quite a convenient hydroxo nasal spray - I also use some 'nasal drops' - in oil rather than in water- they come in hydroxo and methyl (and possibly cyano - I'm not sure) - I use a company called detoxpeople to source mine.
