I have been diagnosed with B12 deficiency and currently have 11 weekly injections, I have been suffering from increased hair loss over the last few months hence decided to have thyroid check. Test results:

Free Throxine. 15
Total throxine (T4). 93.5
Free T3. 4.18

There is a few deficiencies that could cause hair loss, have you had iron and vitamin D tested recently?, as it's not your blood results in the thread.
As I now know that they are your results, yes vitamin D is too low. According to the vitamin D council it should be around 100 to be a healthy level. And yes, low vitamin D can cause hair loss and body aches.
