Hi Kitty, welcome aboard; go on then, what advice do you need? Some very helpful and experienced PA people on here that can help you.
About how ill I feel and will become if I don't have my b12. I'm just sad and stubern at the moment.
I've just self diagnosed last week as my GP gave me no support and so haven't started injections yet as only gave blood samples yesterday and haven't ordered the ampoules etc yet.
But.... I've been chucking an oral B12 spray into me and a liquid b-complex liquid sachet into me, 1 a day, and I fell 50% better in just 48 hours.
So, I'm not vastly experienced like so many people on here, but I'd say you have enough to cope with, without being B12 deficient again.
Get back on some form of acceptable B12, give yourself a chance to come to terms and try to deal with bereavement without the added plague of being B12-absent and all the gloom it adds perhaps?
I'm curious as to why you felt the loss of your loved one should cause you to stop the injections though?
