Has my GP listened to me?

SO here's what the GP has ordered, anyone tell me if he as listened to me or just going through the motions to suppress a complaint?

Looks like he is testing for the usual suspects. B12, folate, thyroid, diabetes.

His face when I mentioned Intrinsic Factor (I'm on Lansoprazole 20 years or so), like I was in possession of some clandestine, dark ark knowledge that I shouldn't have access to lol
