Anybody feels minor pain in chest before injections or after injections?

Yes I have felt this before when my naturopath has injected a higher amount at one time (I believe it was methyl b12) I can't recall her explanation of why it happened but she backed down the amount she injected at each dose.

Feeling confused... Today I gave blood sample for folate, cbc, and potassium test. Results will be available tomorrow. Today all the time felt very disturbed,, mood was very upset,,, sore throat.

I had major chest pains. I find they show up after a day of major anxiety and palpitations.
