Is anybody had deficiency symptoms dizziness brainfog headaches and Needle sensations at b12 serum level 232(239-900).please let me know.thanks in advance.

I have same symptoms on the level of 225... Even worse.. Rapid heartbeat..pain in lungs, thighs, toes,, every nerve.

Yes... Once I was playing video game I felt like I'm gonna fall down, 1-2 chances more happend. Now I can feel dizziness while eating food. Feeling tired all day. But I had 1 injection and I got relief (50% less) from needle pain in nerves system .

OK bro iam facing problem from 45 days everything is fine except dizziness having supplements 1500 mcg tablets daily and one more injection left as per my doctor. Feeling fatigue sometimes.

But my doctor prescribed 6 shots only which consists 500mcg and I need to have one remaining only

Then learn to self inject. Because we obviously need more. Weekly once for at least up to 12 weeks then monthly once.

Well I took 1 daily for seven days then 1 weekly for up to 12 weeks then monthly 1. My 11 weeks shots are done.

Ive had all the b12 deficiency symptoms for a long while and my levels are >2000. Ive started self medicating with b12 patch and sublingual. My Dr won't listen to me and do the urine test on me to make sure of my levels. No real changes as of yet but it's only been 2 weeks.
