Not quite on topic but perhaps relevant to those who may have additional autoimmune conditions or other health issues, so here goes...
The nasal flu vaccine contains live forms of flu virus which have been weakened (attenuated) and whilst not dangerous to those in good health, the vaccine may nevertheless cause infection in some who receive it.
It's therefore recommended that because of the potential risk of passing on the weakened virus, the following should avoid close contact with recipients of the nasal vaccine for two weeks following vaccination:
Sadly, I now have to avoid Grandson Number One's birthday party on Sunday. Crawling around soft play with fifteen just vaccinated little people perhaps not such a good idea 😭.

Thank you for post and link. What a shame about you missing your grandson's bitrthday on Sunday...You probably would not have enjoyed crawling around soft play area that much.... Do hope he has a lovely time nevertheless.
Step Grandson Oliver is 7 and diagnosed with Autism and 5 year old step Granddaughter Evie is an incredible cutie but sadly she is "affected" by her brother's behaviour.
Unfortunately their Mum has had ME/CFS since high school and that has meant that my wife Gill has had to spend a lot of time "helping out" two or three days at a time (there now actually) as they live nearly 50 miles away.
By contrast my "own" grand-kids (3 boys & 1 gorgeous girl from my two daughters) range in age from 18 to 23. Sadly my first wife Valerie died 25 years ago so she never knew any of them and I know she would have loved to have had grandchildren.
Since autoimmune conditions tend to come along in 'clusters', the thinking here was in relation to those who, like me, may have additional autoimmune conditions, which are often treated with immunosuppressants. Hence these individuals will be immunosuppressed.
It wasn’t the intention to suggest that those with PA are immunosuppressed. Entirely my fault if I didn't make that clear.
I'm also conscious that some in the forum are also receiving chemotherapy so, although 'off topic' in terms of PA and B12 deficiency, thought it was worth posting.
