B12

I have had weight loss surgery and am supposed to have b12 injection every 12 weeks. But I'm not able to get them and was told to take tablets but now I'm told I can't take tablets. I am in a foreign country with no access to injections what can I do.

My diet has changed dramatically since being in this country and I now eat mwst which I never did before.

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks

Jen

jw123. This is a tough one. If you have PA, you can't take pills because they can't absorb in your stomach. You can buy the injectables online. I hope that helps
