Itchy skin

Just been lying here awake for the past hour or so.....itchy skin and scalp woke me up and can't get back to sleep 😣 haven't had this in months....any idea why this is is happening tonight? I SI every day/every other day depending on how I feel and take all cofactors.... maybe it's just a coincidence? Just wondering

Hi. Itchiness in my skin and scalp were at it's worse until I started my B12 treatments. Been getting B12 every other week for last 6 months and it's calmed down considerably but do have occasional symptoms. I often wonder if it's just my normal dry sensitive skin. I also switched to sensitive all natural skin products and laundry detergents and that also helped.

itchiness and a rash - these are the symptoms the initially drove me to the doctors and were the start of my investigative journey - the rash seemed to become less when I started taking folic acid - but it hasn't disappeared entirely - and the itchiness comes and goes - it seems to 'ping' and start in any area of my body that it wants to - totally random - and no amount of anti-itch cream can relieve it. It is gradually subsiding - presumably as my body is coming into a better balance - but it nearly drove me mad - well it drove me to the doctors that's for sure.
