Spellweaver - the B12 levels above are consistent with those you had from the doctor - just that Blue Horizon use a series of ranges to try and highlight that people can be deficient in the normal range.
As fbirder says - folate is quite responsive to diet and it is showing up as deficient in the test results above - which do have different units.
I notice that your insulin is a little over range in the above - are you type 2 diabetic and taking metformin? metformin can interfere with B12 absorption, so that would be another risk factor to mention.
You also seem to have thyroid problems - if you need help on that then please look at the TUK forum
There are significant overlaps in symptoms of folate/B12 deficiency, thyroid and diabetes which is going to make evaluating your symptoms a lot more difficult in relation to B12. Test that might be able to clarify if B12 really is deficient is MMA - but you may need to be referred to a hospital for that - but if you write to your doctor I would recommend acknowledging the overlap of symptoms and ask for the MMA test as a way of clarifying.
No im not type 2 diabetic nor on any meds for it. My doctor has said my thyroid and insulin are normal and neither require treatment. This is the kind of thing I am up against with my doctor he says it's all anxiety
doc is probably just looking at TSH rather than T3 and T4 - have you tried sharing the above results with your GP at all. The T3 is marked as borderline rather than a genuine problem -suggest you ask for more information on TUK - link above.
