I can't read the results - would type out what it is plus the reference range, please?

Are you currently supplementing anything?

Yes, it's very difficult to read, I'm afraid so it would definitely help if you could type out the results, along with the reference range and the units.

It looks like it could be (and I have only been able to get this by using magnification via my mouse - but it's too pixel-y to be more than an educated GUESS)

Serum B12 - 170 pmol/L (140 - 724)

Active B12 - 101.5 pmol/L (25.10 - 165.00)

So, on the basis that I've managed to read these correctly (PLEASE CONFIRM) I would have thought that as your Active B12 is well above mid-way, that you're level is, in fact, fairly acceptable.

Having said that though, it depends on symptoms, which you haven't mentioned what, if any, you are experiencing so perhaps some idea of how symptomatic you currently are would also be helpful.

My symptoms are Breathlessness, had heart and lung tests all ok, Dizziness, walk like I'm drunk all the time, vitiligo, acid reflux, extreme tiredness, confusion to name but a few

OK, but could you please type out your results so that we can see what they actually are?

Until you do this, I doubt anyone will comment further re what they might mean.
