only way to know if they work for you is to try them and the only way to know how many you need if they do work is to follow your symptoms

I've tried many brands. Some worked a little, others not at all. No idea why something will work for one person and not another. What works for me is Pure Encapsulations adenosyl/hydroxy capsules. I also supplement with Thorne B complex #12 so that I get the other Bs. Even though they are both capsules, they work better for me than any of the sublinguals I tried. They are expensive so I tried about everything else available and I wish something less expensive worked! Hopefully what you've ordered will work well for you. Keep in mind that the methylcobalamin can make some feel anxious. I cannot take very much methyl or I am very uncomfortable and jittery. Only way to know is to try! Good luck.
