I have just started b12 injections and I have one injection left of my 6 booster injections before i have them once every 3 months. I am on the pill and ive suddenly had breakthrough bleeding midway in my packet which is unusual for me . Could the b12 injections be causing this? Does b12 affect your hormones?

if you are concerned I would really suggest that you speak to your pharmacist and GP. Irregular bleeding can be caused by a lot of things but I'm not aware of B12 injections being listed as a cause - sometimes it is even just something that happens as a one-off but GPs tend to be quite sympathetic to specific concerns about irregular bleeds just because of the health risks associated with them.
I've had a few problems (perimenopausal) with irregular bleeds and personally find that, whilst progresterone based pills can be useful in stopping them, they really impact on my energy levels so tend to use fractions of pills when something happens. When I first went with the problem the GP was very good and did a smear to rule out anything untoward - which was a relief as my mother had just been diagnosed with cancer of the womb following bleeding - she was well past menopause of course.
