Sensitive Skin

Does anyone else have extremely sensitive skin as a symptom. It starts in my hands. It gets so bad I can't touch anything. And then my skin hurts when I go to bed if I can feel even the slightest wrinkle in my sheets. It's very odd and painful too.

Yes i have just lately been sufering with sensitive skin, hands and feet my hands were red all the time but also the rest of my skin also very sensitive, if i have a bath it tends to go red very quickley, but now they are a lot better since taking some vitimin D tablets i got from the Doctors, they were high strength 2 tablets a week each being 20,000 iu, maybe you could go to your docs and have a vitimin D test to see if its that, hope this helps.

I have recently gotten a Vitamin D test and it was very low. It was 12. I have been taking 10000 iu each day. I also started back on my vitamin B12 shots around the same time. Maybe all this time what I thought was ad was really B12. Interesting. Thanks for your post.

My skin is very dry & itchy. All tests been ok but thyroid was too low and needed adjustment. Should see GP as it could be a lot of things. Good Luck x
