Hi,

I was doing some B12 research on the internet and I found a study that seems to say that a certain type of gut bacteria, L. Reuteri, if increased in the stomach, helps a person absorb B12. This is a link to the study, ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl.... Has anyone else every heard of this? I am thinking of ordering some of this probiotic. Apparently it also helps slow bone loss in post menopausal women.
