There is no need to keep it in the fridge, anything below 25° C will be OK according to the patient information leaflet.
There should be a use-by date on the packaging. It's normally 2 years or thereabouts.
I second Fbirder's reply and would like to add that hydroxocobalamin is very light sensitive and can deteriorate quickly if exposed to light. So it is important to keep it out of light, even in the minutes etc before you do the injection.
