Cytacon : Has anyone tried cytacon... - Pernicious Anaemi...
Cytacon
cytacon tablets appear to be 50mcg B12.
Could you say a bit more about your B12 deficiency. Unless it is caused by lack of B12 in your diet (because you eat no animal products - or very little) then its unlikely to have any impact at all. If your B12 deficiency is dietary then it should start to sort things out relatively quickly but it really depends on what your symptoms are.
Hi, I have pins needles.hands feet face, Stomach problems, headaches Migraine , visual problems, cold hands feet, blue hands not always both, forgetting things can't concentrate. Tinnitus. Diet eat plenty of eggs cheese fish veg level 133 (140-724)

no not harsh - just a condition that they really shold know more about but there are si many things they should know better.
Assuming you are based in the UK, think next step would be to write to GP/practice pointing out that the treatment you have been given is not appropriate for a deficiency that is not caused by dietary deficiency and asking to be treated in accordance with the BCSH and NICE guidelines for deficiency caused by an absorption problem with neurological involvement - ie loading shots3x weekly until symptoms stop improving (review at 3 weeks) followed by maintenance shots every 8 weeks.

You could also include a list of your symptoms to underline that there is neurological involvement.
Do you have any other conditions, such as thyroid problems that have similar symptoms?
Not sure, ache all over, feel exhausted but can't sleep as when I do I make up in pain. Cope during day and don't want to start taking, pain killer's but at night think may have to, any ideas.
per previous response
a) are you based in UK.
If so write to your GP as above.
b) have you been tested for other conditions with overlapping symptoms? and are you receiving treatment for anything else?
You need to write to your GP/practice highlighting points in my response above and then follow up with an appointment. If you can take someone with you to support you then that would be good as well
