Walking recovery

I was diagnosed this April. I use a walker to get around because my lower extremities are so weak. Will my walking improve just by following the supplemental protocol or will I need to exercise, too? And does anyone else have walking problems? Thank you,

Hello, Blinkysmom. I too had great difficulty walking when I began B12 injections. It took a long time before the pain and difficulty walking went away. But I did exercise: gentle stretching every morning (all the muscles you can manage, just sitting on the edge of your bed), and always some walking, increasing the amount gradually. Stretching should never cause pain, but if you are regular with it, it can relieve some of the pain. Please feel encouraged and hopeful.
