B12 is used by a lot of systems in the body and symptoms can be the result of effects on one of more of these systems. Suggest that you make a list of your symptoms and monitor them

there is no way of providing you with an exact answer - we are all individuals and there is a lot of individual variation when it comes to B12. It isn't uncommon for some things to seem to get worse before they get better - you may notice infections more and experience some rash like symptoms - this is generally the immune system waking up. Nerve pains can get a bit worse for a while as well - I think of this as being like listening to a radio when the signal is bad - you have it turned up really loud to hear what is going on and then when the signal improves its suddenly deafening for a while until you adjust the volume down.
Some people don't notice anything for several months.
