I am in a muddle - just got locked out of the forum.... tried to get in and had to fill in a form with a different address??? I love this forum and use it a lot - everyone is so supportive.

Have you contacted HU support as this seems to be a technical issue - so not something that the forum administrators can deal with.

there are some issues with log-ins at the moment - but mainly people having to repeatedly log in as they are being logged out on specific platforms.

They should be able to look into the issue for you.

Hi Jillcur39. I agree with Gambit62 . I've been having trouble logging-in - and staying in 🤔😖😡

Don't know if you've posted on the forum before (or any of the HU forums) or replied to any posts but...all that history (if you have it) will be lost because you're now logged as a 'new' user.

If you contact HU and give them your previous log-on details, they can re-instate your previous log-on - and any previous posts/replies you may have had will reappear 😄.

thank you both so much. I will follow it up - I hated it when I was shut out because I have had so much help from this site in my on-going battle with gp. However, I am now on my second week of three times a week b12 and am feeling great. Longer day as I no longer need a nap and go to bed later!!! worth all the fight. from now, its once a week so we will see..........
