Sleep after 1st injection

Sleep hasn't really been an issue for me for many months since I'd gotten used to taking daily sublingual b12 each morning (10-11am).

I had my first ever b12 injection yesterday at 09:40 and I've had a rotten night of struggling to get to sleep and waking up multiple times through the night. I usually sleep soundly all night.

I have previously has issue if I took sublinguals too late at night.

Is this normal on the injections?
