Can I take my b12 injection under my tongue as drops if I feel I need it as I only get it once every 3 months which I don't think is enough

Lots of ways of supplementing and not going to be an issue - B12 isn't toxic so you can't overdose on it, unlike many other minerals and vitamins.

Supplementation options include: sublingual sprays and tablets, nasal sprays, skin patches and high dose oral.

I'm not sure the liquid from a B12 injection taken orally would work.

If you want oral supplements it would be best to try sublinguals.

I also used skin patches which did help.

Where do you get the lozengers, i would try them

I bought patches on Amzon. I found the fairly large square ones more effective than small round ones.
