People with autoimmune disorders, especially thyroid disorders such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Grave’s disease are at risk of developing a B12 deficiency but your level looks fairly ok but you may benefit from it being higher.
However your Folate is "bumping along the bottom" an this is essential to process the B12.
I am not a medically qualified person and hopefully there is someone on here who can give you advice on your results.
