If folate helps with processing B12 should you take a high dose of folic supplement the day of the 3 monthly B12 injection. I am currently taking 800 mcg of folate as I am taking 2500 sublingual B12 daily. Is this enough folate for processing the injection.

generally yes it should be enough.
folic acid isn't stored in the body so no real point in overdoing supplementation
