assuming that you found that the sprays and patches haven't made any difference.

If you are UK based then most common sources for injectible B12 seem to be German pharmacies - or amazon.de - versando.de, mycare.de

you can source needles from medicare.

would recommend subQ (insulin needles) rather than IM unless you are able to get someone to show you how to inject IM. Whilst IM is obviously more efficient at getting the B12 into your tissues there seems to be little to choose between the two methods in terms of how well people respond to them.

You can get Hydroxocobalamin from a German online pharmacy ----. Google " versandapo.de in English " Yes it will come up translated then . In the search box type " Vitamin B12 depot " you will then get the full choice of ampoules . I use 1mg/1ml Rotexmedica You can buy 100 (Cheapest option) or buy in multiples of 10 . Priced in Euros obviously .

Everything else can be obtained from Amazon .

I started off buying just 15 ampoules from versandapo, and a pack of 10 each syringes, green needles, blue needles and swabs from Amazon (£3.99)

Si worked so well I then ordered a larger batch of ampoules and 100 each syringes, etc ( only about £12) from medisave. You'll need a sharps bin too ( Medisave, Amazon or EBay)

Watch a couple of YouTube videos and get a friend yo sit with you when you do first. I'd never injected anything in my life ( and I'm 62) but it was much easier than I thought it would be. I'm so glad to be back in charge of my life, without si I could still be the breathless, wobbly, forgetful ( and very angry and tearful) almost bedridden person I was.

Thank you for info, I'm on the road to SI, just getting everything ordered now. I might be lucky in that a nurse as offered to do my jabs (fingers crossed) but if not I'm gonna do mine and my 18yr old son!

It's worth it for the improvement in health. I've got back to walking a couple of miles easily without being out of breath, from last summer when I could barely walk 300-400 yards.

I'm actually looking forward to doing things instead of just needing to stay in bed. Good luck.
