Hi Ndobins i started s/i in August 2016 and have been pretty much on a loading dose since. I am still seeing improvement so will continue every day and sometimes every other day as long as I'm seeing improvement

Hi!

I did every day SI for 4 months with hydroxocobalamin supplied by my Dr in 2015. I improved but needed loads of sublinguals too so bought my own 1.5 mg in 1 ml hydroxocobalamin ampoules and have been using them, in conjunction with lots of supporting supplements, for a further 14 months. I have seen a gradual improvement throughout that time, albeit with the odd glitch and am now less crazily dependant on my "cofactors" which enables me to do things without seeming to be a mad pill and potion popping junkie!

I asked a similar question of another group and had responses which included a couple from people who had been doing daily jabs for 38 and 45 years. There are several people who do 2 jabs a day too, to get the level of improvement they need. Many people are still reporting minor improvements after years of SI.

It seems if your body needs it, it needs it and anything less causes more damage. You usually need more of everything to repair the damage and so your requirements do usually lessen as you get better and have less damage left to heal but obviously this only applies if you have been supplying plenty of everything needed in the right balance.

Ignore the ignorance which pressures you to stop talking vitamins and minerals - you will know by your symptoms when you need less of something and you aren't going to take more than you need if you don't have to. You are considered cruel in the animal industry if you don't supplement at an appropriate level as the suffering caused by deficiencies is fully recognised. We too are part of the animal kingdom!

Keep going! There is improvement to be had and don't be too upset by set backs - they happen to all of us. Just review and readjust your levels of additional supplements or types you take until you get better again.

Good luck!
