Replies from PAS

Hi,

I know the PAS society and really busy but does anyone know roughly how long it takes to get a reply from an email enquiry?

I emailed on Monday but no reply yet.

I emailed in the past and seem to remember them not replying via email and being asked to phone instead. I did, left a message and had a call back very promptly.

Think you're more likely to get a response by phoning. If you leave a message it can take a few days to get a response but you may get through and speak to someone immediately.
