Notice that you have posted on several forums.
Standard in relation to depression would probably be: full blood count, folate, B12, thyroid, iron, vitD and possibly liver and kidney screen.
If you have been supplementing B12 then the serum B12 test is going to need a lot more interpretation than normal so may not be useful. You could look at IFA to see if you have PA in the sense of an auto-immune disorder, but you would need to stop B12 supplementation for a week.
Any other B12 test (including serum B12 is likely to need 3 - 6 months without supplementation for an interpretable result.
