Hi blondie2505 personally I've been on 1 – Iron Ferrous Fumerate 210mg every day for as long as I can remember, but then I've had P.A. for 45 years and am on three weekly injections of cyanocobalamin.
My latest haemoglobin estimation was 136gl (130 - 181gl).
I'm not a medically qualified person and no two people are the same so it's best to see your doctor.
Hi clivealive my ferritin level is 63.3 20-150 range. My B12 is 162 ( I'm injecting every other day) I thought I'd try get my ferritin up a bit so ordered some ferrous sulphate , do you consider that a suppliment that will do that ? I thought just one a day. I don't eat red meat or chicken but do eat fish and eggs etc.
What have u considered buying blondie2505 ?
Thank you
I take Solgar Gentle Iron. It's iron bisglycinate and has, IIRC, 25 mg of iron in each capsule. It's easy on the stomach.
Ok thank u I'll look it up.so would it be suitable you think for people like us who want to top up a bit.?
