Hi all you lovely people . I'm due another injection next month but in the meantime after reading some of your messages I have got my Yuliv b12 nasal spray delivered today. But no English instructions with it !,,

can someone please advice how they take it .. and should it be stored in the fridge ?

I generally don't keep the yuliv in the fridge.

Hope that you have managed to figure out the mechanism but in case you haven't the trick is to take the protector ring out - the release mechanism is pressing down on the disk that surrounds the nozzle. Use it as you would any other nasal spray - head upright, insert into nose and squirt. Intended to be one squirt to each nostril giving you a dose of 1000mcg.

You can do this several times a day if you need.

I have relatives who use the spray but find that just one squirt does fine for them.

Gambit, I've just got this spray and so far nothing but injections have worked but it definitely helped for several hours this morning, yay! But I wondered, did you notice any effects after taking it? I get tired but I'm not sure if it's psychosomatic because hydroxy injections always wore me out so maybe I'm expecting the same reaction. Also, when you breathe in, do you just breathe normally or literally squirt with it high in the nostril and "suck it up" through the nose? I've been doing the latter but not sure if I'm overdoing it as I feel a bit spacy after. Cheers :)

you want to breath in but not too much - same as most other nasal sprays. How it works for me is likely to be different from how it works for you. If you felt more awake to start off with then you could try taking another squirt when you start to feel tired and see if that helps.
