still have no energy after initial 6 injections due my 3 monthly, why am I still exhausted

did you notice any improvement during the loading doses?

may be that you have run out of B12 again - more than likely waiting 3 months for maintenance.

Did you have any anaemia (macrocytosis/megaloblastic anaemia) when you had your loading shots. This will only be corrected as the deformed red blood cells die and are replaced by new ones that have developed properly - which takes several months - though you should have noticed some improvment if it was that.

However, anaemia isn't the only way that B12 could cause tiredness etc so even if the anaemia has been gone there may be another system that is affected ... or there may be more going on than just B12.

Sorry but post really doesn't provide enough information (eg what symptoms you had when diagnosed) and there is so much that could be going on.
