hi dear,

where it is best to inject i.e. thigh, tummy or hip?

what are risks if you get something wrong e.g. air bubble goes in your muscle?

I always injet myself in the tummy that way I can see exactly what I'm doing and less likely too catch a nerve or anything else.

If you're injecting IM (intramuscular) then the thigh is the best place. For SC (subcutaneous) then stomach fat is best. Do not try injecting IM into the stomach.

Injecting air in only a danger if injected intravenously. Small amounts of air in the muscle isn't a problem.
