I've just done it !!!!! No pain inserting needle , what was I worried about. I can't thank those of you who have walked me through this enough!!!! This is MY life and I'm taking it back !!!!. I'm going to give myself loading doses for two weeks. Another batch from Versand Apo ordered straight away:). I did lose a little but not much as I made sure a couple of times that I got that little blob on top of the needle. That's okay though. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALL !!!!!!!!! X

Well done! Onwards and upwards!

Make sure you get enough of the supporting supplements needed to make the extra B12 work - a broad spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement plus extra folate, potassium and magnesium, maybe iron.

For more information, including sources of supplies, you could look up my profile by double clicking on my name and see my post "My Experiences".

Good luck with getting better!

Congrats, Peggylally66 !!!

Good for you! You are so brave and now can get a sufficient amount of B12. I know you will start feeling better very quickly. :-)
