Hi All, Im just getting my head around the self injecting thanks to all the help from people on this forum but I think I need to take some good supplements too. Any reccomendations for a good all round supplement ?

A lot of people seem to think that 'if a little is good, more must be better'. But that's not always. The case when it comes to supplements, so it's probably best, if you've not got a diagnosed deficiency, to stick to something that gives you 100% of the recommended daily amount.

Personally, I like Tesco's selection of vitamins and minerals - mainly because they're easy to get hold of and they're fairly cheap. I take their multi-B vitamins.
