Hi Debfigroll. I've checked the healthunlocked site and there are two other groups that may be what you're looking for: Action on Depression and Anxiety Support.
If you click the my communities tab at the top of the page, then type either of the titles in the search bar that appears, that will take you to the community, which you can then join, if you wish. You can join as many communities as you wish 😀.
If other communities are like this one, it'll be well worth it, and you'll get lots of advice and support from other members.
Take care and good luck 😀
P.s. As clivealive says, please feel free to post here and people will help in whatever way they can 👍

Just to add that the reason why depression and anxiety get talked about on this forum is that they are potential symptoms of a B12 deficiency because B12 is used by a lot of processes in the body.
Depression and anxiety are two neurological symptoms of a vitamin B12 deficiency.
Have you had your B12 levels tested ? Post the results of blood tests here and there are people who can help you interpret them.
Any other symptoms? Short term memory loss? Post traumatic stress?
Balance issues?
Pins and needles in toes or fingers?
Brain fog?
